1.1 Students must complete the registration form and submit all required documents for enrollment.

1.2 Age requirement: Minimum 16 years for regular courses, 18 years for career guidance programs.

1.3 The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on eligibility criteria.

1.4 False information provided during registration may lead to immediate termination of enrollment.

2.1 Course fees must be paid before the commencement of classes.

2.2 No refunds will be provided once the batch has started.

2.3 Installment options are available for certain courses upon prior arrangement.

2.4 Late payment fees may apply for overdue payments.

2.5 Fee structure is subject to change with advance notice.

3.1 Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory for course completion.

3.2 Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may be marked absent.

3.3 Medical leave requires proper documentation and prior approval.

3.4 Homework and assignments must be submitted on time.

3.5 Students failing to meet attendance requirements may not receive course completion certificates.

4.1 Students must maintain discipline and respect towards faculty and fellow students.

4.2 Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the instructor.

4.3 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination.

4.4 Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of academy premises.

4.5 Damaging academy property will result in financial liability and potential dismissal.

5.1 All course materials, including books, videos, and digital content, are proprietary to KS International Language Academy.

5.2 Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell academy materials without written permission.

5.3 Recording of classes without permission is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6.1 The academy is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen on premises.

6.2 We do not guarantee job placement, though we provide career guidance and support.

6.3 Visa application success depends on individual circumstances and government policies.

6.4 The academy reserves the right to modify course content and schedules as needed.

6.5 Students participate in activities at their own risk.

7.1 The academy may terminate enrollment for violation of terms and conditions.

7.2 Students may withdraw with 30 days written notice, but fees are non-refundable.

7.3 Grounds for termination include poor attendance, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

7.4 No refunds will be provided in case of termination due to student misconduct.
