Admission at KS International is simple and transparent. Students can register online by filling out the registration form and submitting required documents.
We guide each applicant through document verification, visa counselling, and course selection.
Regular attendance (minimum 80%) is mandatory.
All students must maintain discipline and respect in class.
Mobile phone use is restricted during sessions.
Homework and assignments must be submitted on time.
Late arrival beyond 10 minutes may mark attendance as absent.
Uniform or student ID (if provided) must be worn during class or events.
Fees are non-refundable once the batch starts.
Students must inform the academy in case of absence or delay.
Damaging academy property is strictly prohibited.
Maintain cleanliness and decorum inside classrooms.
No offensive or inappropriate behaviour tolerated.
Online class students must keep cameras on during lectures.
Recording classes without permission is not allowed.
Examination rules must be followed strictly.
The academy reserves the right to cancel admission for rule violations.
The Registration and Admission forms are available online. Students must fill out accurate personal, academic, and contact details. Once submitted, our counseling team will contact you to confirm the course, batch timing, and payment process.
For students applying for visa assistance, additional documentation may be required.

The annual KSILA convocation recognises students who have completed their language, proficiency and vocational programmes. Certificates, diplomas and programme completion recognitions are issued only after successful fulfilment of academic requirements, attendance criteria and fee obligations. Convocation dates are published on the Academic Calendar and sent to your registered email.
Fees can be paid online through the admission portal, or offline at the Gurugram campus. Retain copies of all payment receipts for future reference - they are required for certificate issue and for visa documentation.
